Workmen Compensation
In case of injury, you must follow the below steps:
Fill in the declaration form already received with the insurance policy. The injured to head to the nearest hospital.
2. Provide us with original declaration form along with original, police report, medical report, prescription, medicines expenses bills, payroll and sick leave report.
3. Inform us when the injured is back to work and/or in case he needs any medical follow-up.

Motors
In the event of a Motor Claim, the following must be produced at the Claims Department:
- Police Report
- Photos of the vehicle (with registration plates) / Damaged Property.
- Driving License Copy
- QID Copy
- ISTEMARA Copy
- SMS notification from the Qatar Traffic Department.

Fire
In case of fire, you must follow the below steps:
- In the event of any loss assumingly arising a valid claim under the policy, Civil Defense has to be alerted immediately for their intervention.
- Immediate notice of loss to be sent to us within 24 hours.
- Fire and/or other Perils accident site has to be preserved until clearance of Police and Insurer’s or their appointed Loss Adjuster’s permission.
- No materials or Stock in trade have to be removed or displaced without the knowledge of insurers.
- Obtain a Police Report on the incident which is an official confirmation of the loss and proof of claim.

Burglary
In case of burglary, you must follow the below steps:
- Inform the police authorities and advise them about the missing items in order to be mentioned in their report.
- Notify us within 24h giving an indication to the nature, extent of loss or damage and its first estimation.

- Preserve the parts affected and make them available for inspection by a surveyor sent by the insurer.
